Become a Coach-in-Training | Ages 11.5 - 14
Join our mentorship program and gain real-world experience as an assistant coach at Flip Out Productions. Assist with Day Camp, Summer Camp, birthday parties, and special events while learning leadership and coaching skills in a supportive environment.

The Flip Out Future Leaders Program is more than a summer role - it's a stepping stone to future opportunities in coaching, leadership, and beyond. Mentors build confidence, make lasting friendships, and become role models in the Flip Out community. Many of our current staff members started right here in this program!
Program Cost & Schedule:
Summer Camp Assistant Coach Track
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM
$165 per week | $25 off per additional week | $1,425 for full 10-week session

Saturday Training Track
Saturdays, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM
$330 for 10-week session -
Weekday Class Support (Based on class enrollment and availability)
Monday–Thursday, 3:30–8:00 PM
