Frequently Asked Questions

Who is Flip Out Productions?

We're a gymnastics program dedicated to teaching high quality gymnastics to children of all ages. We welcome and support every athlete regardless of gender, race, or income level.

Where are you located?

2757 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134.

What does your facility look like?

Our two level, 4,000 square foot facility includes a 36 foot Tumbl Trak, an Olympic size balance beam, and a 30 by 42 foot tumbling area. We also offer free parking right next to the building and a child-friendly waiting area where parents and siblings can watch class.

Can I watch my child's class?

Yes. Parents can observe anytime from the designated seating area upstairs or downstairs. We ask that you don't coach or call out instructions to your child from the seating area, and only enrolled students are allowed to participate in gymnastics activities.

What are the rules for siblings or children not in class?

They must stay under control at all times. No standing on chairs or benches, no going outside without direct adult supervision, and no running through the facility unless an instructor says it's okay.

What if my child gets hurt or feels pain during class?

They should tell their instructor right away if they feel any unusual pain or discomfort.

What's expected from students?

Respectful social behavior is expected of all students. Failure to act appropriately may result in removal from class/or program.

What's your drop-off and pick-up policy?

Please make sure your child is safely inside the facility before you leave, and that they stay inside until you arrive to pick them up. Pick-ups happen inside the facility, not from the parking lot. You're welcome to arrive 15 minutes early, but your child should remain under your supervision until class starts. Please arrive on time for both the start and end of class.

What should my child wear?

A leotard or tight, comfortable clothing they can move freely in. No skirts, dresses, jewelry, or loose clothing. A tucked in t-shirt with leggings or shorts works well too.

What should we bring?

A water bottle. Long hair should be tied back before class, and shoes and socks should come off before stepping onto the floor.

What's your make up class policy?

Each session includes 3 make up classes, which must be used within that same session. Email us to schedule one. Make up classes are non-refundable and don't carry over between sessions.

Can I join in the middle of a session?

Yes. New students can enroll mid-session for a prorated rate, as long as space is available.

Are classes and camps refundable?

No, class sessions and camps are non-refundable.

How do I register or pay?

You can register onsite, by phone at 215-350-6575, or by emailing registration@flipoutproductions.com. Payment can be made through an online account, cash, or a check made out to Flip Out Productions.

How does credit card billing work?

Installment payments are automatically charged on the dates set at checkout. Monthly installments include a 4% processing fee, and any declined payment is subject to a $25 fee.

How do I reserve my child's spot?

Spaces are limited, so a 25% deposit holds your child's spot. Once payment is complete, that day and time slot is confirmed.
