FUNdamentals

Our FUNdamentals classes give children ages 3.5–5.5 the chance to play, learn, and grow through gymnastics. With playful circuits, games, and drills, they explore tumbling, vault, bars, beam, the tumble trak, and trampoline through a plan made just for them.

Every class builds strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, body awareness, and control while introducing gymnastics shapes, positions, colors, and vocabulary. From tuck and pike to arch, hollow, and straight, these little gymnasts are learning and growing nonstop—and it’s incredible what their little bodies are capable of!
