At Flip Out Productions, our mission is to teach the highest quality of gymnastics to children of all ages. We support the growth of all athletes no matter their gender, race, athletic ability, or income level.
Flip Out Productions' focus is to inspire and encourage children to reach their full potential with an emphasis on gymnastics. Our gymnastics center offers a comprehensive curriculum that ensures all students develop discipline, respect, and appreciation for the uniqueness within themselves and others. Our goal is to have our students learn and master soft skills such as communication, self-motivation, leadership, creativity, decision-making, and team-building. These skills are the building blocks that will ensure success throughout their bright futures. We emphasize the benefits of living an active and healthy lifestyle. Three Floors of Gymnastics Fun
Flip Out Productions' newly renovated 3-level 7,200 square foot gymnastics center is equipped with 2 competitive size uneven bars, 2 spring floors, a trampoline, a 36-foot Tumbl Trak, Olympic size balance beams, and a 30-foot by 42-foot tumbling area & more!
Free Parking
Our gymnastics center offers free, on-site parking and a child-friendly private courtyard perfect for parent and sibling observation.
Policies & Guidelines
Drop Off & Pick Up

Please do not arrive or drop off your child more than five minutes before their class start time. Arrival and departures require safety & awareness by everyone. Be sure that your child is in the gym safely before leaving.

Students must remain inside the gym until their parents arrive.

Parents must pick up their children inside the gym.

Free parking is available in a private lot directly next to our gymnastics center.

If you would like to observe your child during their gymnastics session, please email registration@flipoutproductions.com.

If observing, please do not coach or give your child instruction from the seating area.
Class Make-Up & Shutdown Updates

One make-up class will be offered per session based on class availability.

Email registration@flipoutproductions.com to schedule your make up class.

In an effort to keep classes small, make up classes are first come, first serve.

Make-up classes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be completed within the current session.

Make-up classes will not be offered for inclement weather.

Missed classes due to a COVID-19 shutdown are non-transferable, and non-refundable.

No credits or refunds will be given due to a COVID-19 shutdown, state of emergency, or inclement weather.

In the event of a Pandemic Shutdown, online Zoom classes will be immediately offered in lieu of in person classes.
Payment Options & Refund Policy
Registration for payments in cash and check can be done on-site, via phone at (215) 350-6575, or emailed to registration@flipoutproductions.com.
To pay, you may set up an account online via our website, use cash, or a check made out to Flip Out Productions.
Credit Card payment installments will be automatically charged on dates specified in check out. Monthly installment payments will include a 4% fee due to processing fees. All declined monthly payments will be subject to a $25 fee.
Spaces are limited, please leave a 25% deposit to ensure your child's spot in class. Once payment is complete, your child's spot is confirmed for that day and time.
Class Sessions & Camps are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for missed classes, class cancellations, summer camp cancellations, or promotional events.
Reschedule your summer camp week or class by emailing registration@flipoutproductions.com. Spaces first come, first serve, and not guaranteed.
Dress Code

Leotard or form fitting shorts/pants and a tucked in top.

Long hair must be pulled back before class.

Water bottle labelled with athlete’s name.

Shoes and socks must be removed before class begins.

Please no jewelry, skirts, dresses, or tights.
General Rules

No adults or non-students may participate in gymnastics activities.

All children not participating in class must be kept under control.

Please be respectful of our space. No standing on chairs or benches.

Children are not allowed outside unless directly supervised by an adult.

No student is allowed on the equipment without a Flip Out Productions coach.

No running inside the facility unless directed by your coach.
-
Report any unusual pain or discomfort felt during participation to your coach immediately.

Respectful social behavior is expected of all students. Failure to act appropriately may result in removal from class/or program.
